[Golden Circle Mark] In case of PC, Max SP -25%, Move SPD -25%. In case of Monster, ATK -10%. When the Rubiana skill hits the target that is applied [Golden Circle Mark], to the enemy who has less SP value than oneself, gives additional damage. When the skill attacks to monster that is applies [Golden Circle Mark], gives additional damage.
