If your armor's D.R. ? the enemy PC's weapon A.R.: ignores enemy PC skill attacks that would deal damage exceeding your current HP
When a skill attack is ignored once: buff level -1; after 2 ignores: buff ends
When the buff ends due to duration expiring: resets all skill cooldowns
